SKPO is a school board that manages 35 primary schools in Eindhoven and Son en Breugel. Together with approximately one thousand colleagues, we provide more than ten thousand children with promising education. As an employer, SKPO stands for opportunities, flexibility and development. Flexible and dynamic
SKPO offers its employees ample opportunities to develop themselves. For example, we have created our own substitute unit with flexible employees. New employees are offered flexible forms of contract, which enable them to stand in for absent colleagues or even start at one of our 35 schools immediately. Our more experienced, internal staff members choose to be part of the substitute unit for mobility reasons. This way, they get the chance to get to know different schools.
